The Villa is located in Vista Alegre gated community, the most exclusive and expensive community in Ibiza (security guard 24/7 and only accessible to owners and their guests through a central entrance), at the top of the condominium with the most beautiful views possible.

Entrance floor
You have the "Cactus Bar" that is a chill out area with a bar It is a quiet and pleasant area separated from the house surrounded by very pretty cactus, ideal for relaxing or having drinks before going out, it can also be used for the staff to wait, security, drivers etc. this area has a separate bathroom.
Pool floor
On this floor is the living area, the dining room, the kitchen and the pool. This floor is the center of the house, with stunning views of the sea from everywhere. This area is very special since you feel like you are inside the sea, with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors you can join the living room and the pool together in a single space. This area has a very special design detail, a work of art, the ceiling is covered with steel sheets that glow with sunlight, making the atmosphere created magical both day and night.
Master Bedroom- Top Floor
120m2, the bedroom and the bathroom have the same views as the living area, the most beautiful ocean views you can imagine. The wall behind the bed is a beautiful marble wall, the room has a lot of closet space and a great plus is that it has a jacuzzi on the terrace with ocean views ideally to enjoy the sunset.
Bedrooms Floor
On this floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom en-suite, very comfortable rooms with TV, walking closet and safe box. 2 of these have terraces and the other has a space to exercise with a treadmill. 2 of these have ocean views. In this floor is also located the SPA, with a wet room, cold water jacuzzi/plunge, a hydromassage shower and a rest area with video projector and sound.
1st floor
In this is located 1 more room with an en-suite bathroom and a design tub with a small sofa. You go down to this room by a spectacular staircase designed by a renowned architect, a staircase that resembles those of the Guggenheim Museum in New York and ends with a beautiful olive tree. On the other side of the house on this same floor is the staff room, which is a mini apartment since it has a small kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and stove and a small refrigerator.
